She has been licensed in real estate for 20 years, has been a broker in seven states and is trained in staging certification. She is also a Realtor, Real Estate Consultant to the Coleman Research Group and Real Estate Expert on Fox5 and WGST and CNN Headline News. She is an honored member and invitee of the Georgia Real Estate Commissioner's Task Force, advisor to the Canadian Task Force for Real Estate and Featured Panelist Speaker for the Atlanta REIA Investors Group - July 2014, as well as a noted speaker for many organizations. As owner and broker of Duffy Realty of Atlanta, Rhonda has dedicated her business to lifting the veil of confusion around real estate and knocking down the high commission rates of traditional real estate brokers. Her company charges sellers $500 up front and 1/3 of a percent at closing, plus 3 percent if a buyer’s agent is involved. Using this structure, she has made sellers more than $44.5 million over traditional commissions. Since 2005, Rhonda has licensed her business model in 57 major cities across the United States. She offers coaching to help aspiring agents elevate their professionalism and improve their customer service. A native of Abilene, Texas, Rhonda is a past Member of the Georgia Real Estate Investor's Association and the Greater Atlanta Home Builder's Association, and Master Practitioner & Business Coach of Neuro Linguistics Programming.
